ETS Light With My 1999 V70 GLT
Hello folks I just want let everyone knows the status of my V70GLT.
Their intention was to clean TB, replaced air oil trap. We fought with the dealer to the point that that they asked me to bring a tow truck to tow my car out of their garage since I don’t want them to replace oil trap without a written guarantee that it’s going to fix ETS.
After I hung up the phone, I decided to call local TV consumer advocate and told them my bad experience I had with that dealer. I also called Volvo headquarters and law firm for for advise as well.

ETS light came on what is this?
I HAVE A V70 04 REG ON KICK DOWN THE WARNING TRIANGLE LIGHTS
TELLING ME TO GO TO SERVICE GARAGE
THE CAR GOES INTO LIMP MODE AND I HAVE TO STOP, SWITCH OF ENGINE AND RESTART THEN ITS OK UNTILL NEXT KICK DOWN THIS PROBLEM IS INTERMITENT, I HAVE TAKEN IT TO MY VOLVO DEALERS
AND THEY CANNOT TRACE THE PROBLEM.
CAN ANYONE PLEASE HELP
