Clogged PCV on Volvo S40/V40?

Q: when I turn the air on thats all I smell and the engine is not leaking oil… clogged pcv?

A: hard to say if this is your PCV or not… when engine running pull the oil dipstick and put your thumb over the opening…do you feel air pushing out or sucking in? If it’s pushing out, then yes, you need to service your PCV system.
