The coil and spark plugs will give the electrics a much-needed boost. I believe the plugs are 30k miles old now. Coil is original. Plug wires and distributor are new-ish, so I’ll be good on spark for a while.

Brake lines are due, they’re original. Might as well go HD with braided while they’re on sale, right?

Spark Plugs – The Latest Tech & Products

Spark plugs are a pretty basic maintenance item in most cars but with turbocharged cars, especially those making higher than stock levels of power, spark plugs become a vital part of the power delivery system. Additional tune up items typically include cap/rotor and spark plug wires but spark plugs take the brunt of the wear in the ignition and it’s not uncommon to have to replace them 3-4 times before any other ignition systems components require attention. With that said let’s look at the options out there and the benefits of each.

Volvo P2 R 90k Service Item Checklist

I bought a 2004 V70 R in 2010, and I needed to “baseline” it, get it back to Stage 0. I wanted it to drive like it came right out of the Ghent, Belgium factory like it did in July 2003. After the 90k service listed below, I gave her some Seafoam and new tires.
