Power seat issue, switch or motor?

Seat switch contacts wear out…if you know how to take one apart, you can scrape the contacts with an emory board, but this may be a temporary fix. If you’re hearing the relay, then it’s getting juice, so then it may be one of the motors that’s bad.

    i have a 2001 v70 t5. drivers side seat sometimes will not move forward or back and there is a clicking noise that is consistent until the electrical plug is pulled out. sometimes it will work when plugged back in but not very often. any help is much appreciated . thank you brett
