hijust had to do a cyl head on my s60 t5 reg 30.12 01 timing belt pully disintegrated at just 49000, bent both cams broke all caps off the cams £1300 for head ,£100 water pump, £200 for gaskets, £100 timing belt kit, god knows what the labour would have been if i was not able to do it myself. so be warned all volvo had to say was we have two just like it in this week.found a co in shropshire called motorcast did a repair on my head all ready to put back on including carriage each way just under £800 thanks to derek runs well .the problem is volvo own engine no pattern parts available…. dont forget do that belt early not to late
