		<description>Um, as fuel prices go up, premium fuel becomes less expensive, relative to regular unleaded. If regular is $2 a gallon and premium is $2.30, premium is 15 percent more than regular. If regular is $4 a gallon and premium is $4.30, premium is 7.5 percent more than regular. I don't understand why anyone would quit buying premium when prices are high. It is actually less expensive, relatively.</description>
