I have a '94 855T and the speaker in my rear doors is a 5.25" woofer. It is part of a component set with the tweeters back in the D-pillars. The speaker has a crossover built in. To access the speaker the grille just pulls off. It is held on by 4 plastic clips. Once the grille is off, the speaker is held in by 4 torx screws. (T-15, IIRC) The easiest thing to do would be to get a replacement out of a junker. Alternately, take it to your local car stereo shop and see what they can do for you.
