Robin: Have they put in the freon with the dye in it so they can see if it's leaking and where? This is happening to my 850 too -- sooner or later all 850 owners face the Great Evaporator Problem. In worst case scenarios it costs about $1100 to fix due mostly to labor to get to the evap unit. Don't be angry -- it happens to many other makes and models too -- manufacturers got lazy for a time and made units that break or rust easily, then leak, then they clog with ice and you get what's happening to you.
