Volvo 850 GLT 1993.
At insert of an ignition begins to work a ventilator (switch of turnovers of a ventilator thus in a position " 0 "). All operating handles " Climate Control " do not work. The bulbs of indication do not burn. All protectors in norm.
Can, the voltage on " a Climate monitoring " does not move?
The ventilator is disconnected by putting off of protectors 25 or 30А.

1. What it signified?
2. How to operate?
