Short Answer: After a problem like that, the car will never be as good as it was before the engine seizure.

Long Answer: Does that mean you should sell? I would take note of oil consupmtion, fuel economy, etc. Keep a close eye on it.

Take it to another dealer or independent mechanic and tell them what happened. Offer to pay them an amount of money to look it over for signs of trouble. That's the best you can do, and the best advice I can give out without knowing more.
