Take it to an idependent Volvo mechanic. Ask around for a good one... if you know anyone with a Volvo that has a good mechanic. Or a GOOD Volvo dealer. Wherever you go, bring records of what was done, so they know what it's not.

If you don't have this, go back and ask them to tell you or have them write down what service they performed.
