car wont start has spark ,fuel started acting up would start sometimes if you let it sit then not sometimes then every time would start fine now no start at all.my throttle cable is loose and the rubber nipple came off or the rubber pointed thing right withthe accelerator cables on the right drivers sideunder hoose theres a black bootlike thingit runs through im thinking somethings stuck shut because it turns over and wont start?what should I do
