My 97's, both 960 and 850 did this. They simply needed a recharge. If you get 4-5 years out of a charge your'e doing great. Outside contractor wanted 375.00 each, Volvo dealer did them for 74.00 each. Worked great after that. Check for leaks too, if they were charged recently.
