I have had repairs on this car since I purchased it. Now, this morning, it would not turn over. I do not have a lot of knowledge about Volvos. Should I get it jumped and buy a new battery -or- have the starter tested??? It has started (now that I think of it) sluggishly for the last few mornings. Once I get going, it's fine. Tomorrow's Saturday and I must do something because I need my transportation. Someone please answer me. Thanx!!!
