I have another problem with my 1988 740 wagon. The heat/AC doesn't blow out with the turn of the switch. You can feel heat (or slight cool with AC) when moving, but barely any. All fuses are fine. Fan will not run. I removed the glove box. Something odd: I have power at fan and all resistor points when fan switch is OFF ONLY. When fan switch is turned to 1,2,3 or 4, no power on test light. Resistor is ok upon inspection. Past owner said fan was blowing and she heard a clunk-- then fan stopped blowing. Hasn't worked since. Any ideas on what my problem could be? What other checks can I do? Anyone know what the story is with the power being there when switch is off only? Thanks for any help in advance! George
