Yes, the plug to the heaters should be there as part of the harness, but just take a look under the seat to be sure the wiring wasn't hacked or something in your car, it's the large white connector with one Yellow/Red wire and a few Black wires, bottom left of this pic: https://www.matthewsvolvosite...

I transplanted a 1998 driver's seat into my 1995. Both were power seats with heaters. My local pick&pull yard charges less than $25 for a complete seat. The 1999-2000 seat skins fit, but those years have electrical seat air bags and the entire seat swap is not compatible with the earlier cars. T...
