Were I in your shoes, I would look to find a used set of snows already mounted on wheels and use them through the winter (assuming you have some place to store a second set of wheels). I had new pads and rotors installed on my 2012 Volvo S60 and the message "parking brake service required popped up" the technician was not able to clear it because the OBD2 port is "unreadable". I had him check the fuses and all seems well. Can anyone advise my next trouble shoo...
