I switched from conventional to full synthetic on my 04 S60 for 3 years now and haven’t had any issues.

You could also buy a bluetooth kit such as GROM kit or Yatour. They used to be pricey a few years buck. I got mine for about $100 five years ago and it still works great. That is correct. I got the cheaper one that lists for $139. I thought it was a bit of coin back in the day, but the ease of installation and 5 years of having it hassle free, it does the job.

Mr Detail, If you haven't bought any struts yet, I would recommend you to take a look at the KYBs. I put them on my 04 S60 and the ride is very smooth. Usually folks would put SACHS as they were the OEM supplier for the P2 platform however, some have questioned their quality over the past few years ...
