Very good explanation, thanks! So it does cycle in and out of traction / driving the rear wheels. Not intended to be in AWD for very long, just get you out of traction problems? Can you see or feel the time lag? How does it act when climbing a steep icy slope? Are the rear wheels kicking in and out?...
