Little bit of sludge on sides of dipstick tube? If coolant level and oil level are stable , I’d ignore that.

I did notice some weirdly yellow deposits on the dipstick. Much more saturated and vibrant of a yellow than the oil, so I'm not quite sure what it could be. Looks like water from condensation. Do you do a lot of short trips? You might try taking the car out for a long highway run. That will heat up...
