Looks attractive to me, as long as the transmission is solid. The black interior is not as good for comfort down south, but I put up with a black leather 240 in central Texas for 5 years and it wasn't too bad... you just always had to park in the shade or else suffer.

Personally, I'd avoid it because of well-known 2001-2002 model year transmission issues (or do some research and use those issues as a bargaining chip). I also believe there is heat rejecting film that has little or no tint from some cursory research.

Tell the owner you'll need a half hour test drive.
