MVS is on a Google Cloud Computing Services virtual machine (Linux - Debian) with 2 or 4 cores (I forget) and 17GB memory. Bandwidth they don't charge for in this instance. Headlights don't do come-ons. They do turn-ons and turn-offs but no come-ons.

I’ve always found it easy to get the bottom strut bolt in, then use my jack to lift and pivot the knuckle into the top bolt alignment. Maybe a block of wood or Hockey puck to protect the knuckle.

That's a result of the cache work. It's the lesser of two evils. Technically, it's a last-resort setting to limit the load on the server.
