Remove from car. Heat with heat gun to slightly soften. Massage pieces back into place. Plastic weld into place on the back side and fill with JB Weld for plastic on the outside. Shape outer contour and let the Epoxy cure for 24 hours. Finish contour with sand paper. Touch up paint flogging the edge...
