Re: Vida CEM swapping
This works on all CEMs to MY 2004, 10th place of VIN Y, 1, 2, 3 or 4. Read cem by arduino once, place it back into car and change how often you like by dice. screenshot.2 CEM tool.jpg Read CEM by arduino nano or UNO by this: #define BKPT 4 #define RESET 5 #define FREEZE 6 #define DSI 7 #define DSO 8...

Re: Vida CEM swapping
CEM Data Manager.jpg I made this long ago for my self. It works, for me and i hope for anyone who needs it to copy his own CEM. For just changing config, better take the other tool and write only the config to your cem by dice... https://www.matthewsvolvosite.com/forums/viewtopic.php?t=85611&st...

Re: Vida CEM swapping
You can crack the UDS pin by dice. Then take the UDSreader and read your firmware by dice. In this firmware you find the 6 byte code of your cem at this position: offset _ B3 B1 B5 B0 │ B2 B4 XX XX 04E000 53 38 03 21 │ 18 02 FF FF PIN = B0 B1 B2 B3 B4 B5 PIN is 21 38 18 53 02 03 So you have both pin...

Re: Vida CEM swapping
I received my Arduino Nano today in order to run T5Luke's code on my 2004 V70. I have it set up and compiling the code successfully through Arduino IDE. Now I'd appreciate some instructions on what to do next. 1) For wiring power to the ECU, should I use the 5v output on the nano itself? Or would a...

Re: Vida CEM swapping
This is how it is in Denso as well, the SH7055 controller splits the can id and ext id between some bytes, but I always assumed they were re-assembled in the can ID we see in the logs with no extra bits or bytes. For instance my bench ECU replies with 0x0080021 for 000FFFFE. And this is what I assu...
