Re: Vida CEM swapping
Thanks all for your help with this. Just posting this, adding to the work that Dudde and T5Luke have been doing so far in mapping the parameters. Not sure if this is entirely correct in places but the majority does seem to match up I think (to my vehicle anyway). Unless the mapping has different val...

Re: Vida CEM swapping
Here you go: https://modunlock.com/wp/ £225.00 for 1 pin crack? o_O I hope the guy with MVS session id 750e9c72f03b40c7abcc29a8381d7316 contributes his share to MVS for our hard - yet free - work, so @matthew1 can pay for his server.

Re: Vida CEM swapping
As I suspected. I've erased the initial stack + PC pointers at top(bottom?) of boot block. Oh yeah. I did it. I BDM'ed the ETM using T5Luke's code. EDIT: I wish to announce with a lot of work, I have managed to revive my ETM. It no longer needs BDM. Patches for T5Luke's Arduino code to allow probing...

Re: Vida CEM swapping
Now that I have resumed my re work on the TCM, I have created a few logs with variables which I consider to be state changes of the physical transmission state. Of course might not be, but it does signal that the transmission is progressing along a shift or is holding a certain state steady. Quite a...

Re: Vida CEM swapping
Do you guys think that this value from the formula below is the variation in revs? https://i.imgur.com/p8aXefC.png Here is a better representation h142_gbr = ((CurrentEngineRPM - PreviousEngineRPM) * 100 * 410 + Previous_h142_gbr * 9590) / 10000 I am not sure but it could be the dN variable, aka Var...

Re: Vida CEM swapping
I tested around 10 versions of my TCM map changes. I have to say, they did not have the result I expected, which was to reduce the bumps, odd shifting of sticky solenoids. That being said I have more or less identified the main loop of the TCM, I know how it roughly executes things. I know which int...

Re: Vida CEM swapping
I replaced my transmission but the new one is not much better than the old one, sadly. At times it shifts better, at times its like the old one. So I decided I am experimenting. I think I found what I am considering to be the clutch fill pressures. But rather than reflashing the TCM I decided I will...
