scanning the codes should show the problem, they sell neat little scanners that work with smartphones.

Unplug MAF, the engine will switch into using AFR tables. If it runs fine, replace the MAF, otherwise look for vacuum leaks.

The codes you listed, I cut and pasted, state "Temperature sensor 1". (maybe this is integrated into the MAF - I don't know). Regardless I would look at the temperature sensor in your picture. You can try unplugging it and see if you get the hard code (which you should as the signal would ...
