with a buddy you can do it , snag the steering rack too....and drive shafts , heck i'd buy the whole car.
i'd do the timing belt unless verified new.

So is there a risk of shorting the battery with the cover installed? I checked it with a multimeter and it seemed that the metal hold down was not conductive, but I assume it may be if the battery jostled and scratched it. yes, the cover is very conductive, you are missing the plastic battery cover...

so theres pressure at the rail, but how much ? a weak pump will drive fuel to the rail but not enough to run the engine. you can unplug the pem and drive the pump with constant 12v feed, it should get you 80 psi. if the engine starts with that test arrangement it tells you the pem is on the fritz. i...

Fixing a slow tire leak today, we're getting hit with a storm this morning.

that hardly looks like a leak, mine was dripping on the floor and the back of the vvt hubs were wet.
