My thoughts too Jones but I think the 2003 has no PEM and the pump is always run at full demand. No FPS either.
I feel like someone else had this same issue before. Any possibility it’s immobilized or something to do with the key?

Might be worthwhile starting a new thread on your headlight issue. Sometimes when you have a major issue things like this can get missed. When you say headlight, do you mean the whole headlight unit is not working or just the actual headlight? If it is just the headlight, have you tested the bulb? W...
