Finally... P80 AWD Delta Link Rear Suspension Swap
After months of contemplation, I finally swapped out my 2000 V70R’s AWD multilink rear suspension for the FWD delta link rear suspension. It has been done before, but no information was floating around in the many Volvo forums. So, I figured I’d make a writeup on what’s needed to complete this swap....

Here's one for the 98 C/S/V70 which is Volvo document TP3932202; this link should be pretty stable but ping me if it goes down:

Re:
I'll have to check to make sure it's seeing alternator voltage. Which pins should I probe to find this? I'm almost positive it is seeing it, because if I try to run the relearn without the car running nothing happens (forgot that step once) but with the car running it always flashes the AC and both...

Re: Climate Control Nightmares
Tried driving it again and relearning again, no luck. Still just flashes the AC on light (error), not the three lights together (relearn in progress). Blinking hasn’t changed, aside from it no longer doing the 3 light blink when relearning (likely because it doesn’t want to relearn). Did eccupdate ...

Re: Climate Control Nightmares
Volvo does say if its "Air distribution selector" is in AUTO position ECC will control some functions and tells to put it in any other position (for some reasons..). I have heard and asked previously is it normal if both passenger and driver move at the same time (or reports so). Though i ...

Re: Climate Control Nightmares
There is a chassis break on 99 dampers you have to be aware of, there was a change mid year to a single cam combined damper and blend door on the driver side. Make sure your parts swaps are compatible!

Re: Climate Control Nightmares
Ordered an ABS module from Midwest ABS today. Hopefully it helps the climate situation. I kind of doubt it, but at this point I don't know what to think. At least it'll fix my ABS and traction control. Its good at least have safety device working  Next update will have some extra items to rea...

Re: Climate Control Nightmares
Well it’s nice having working ABS, but it predictably hasn’t helped with the climate situation. Tried relearning a few times today, but it wouldn’t take. Kept spitting out the error “SKIPS DETECTED - STOP” Maybe on some bluetooth devices when i took 50ms out of 250ms delay in Service side of the ap...
