Re: What did you do to your Volvo today?
I’m officially an unofficial Volvo tech now! Without further ado, I’m Juan and I’m going to show you how to replace the left tailgate lift strut of a 1998 Volvo v70. IMG_5057.jpeg And I’m Norberto and I’ll show you how to replace the right side. IMG_5052.jpeg Just kidding. Just wanted to show off my...

Re: Sticking Brake Caliper - 2000 V70
I had to re-read the whole thread so far. You have certainly been challenged by the brakes. Parts quality is an issue these days, but also road salt in the winter and de-icing agents cause havoc on brakes. I think on most of my P80's I have ended up replacing all the flexi-hoses, calipers, brackets ...

Re: HELP With Brakes.
I rented a scanner that had ABS. The only ABS codes were related to the wheel speed sensor and were historical as opposed to current. To bleed the ABS pump you need a bi-directional scanner with an ABS Bleed option. The scanner I rented reads coes but didnt have the operational bleed option. Abscate...
