I stripped and primed the tailgate. Today, i've taken down the fuel tank to get access to this hose... I'm gonna change it for a new brake hose, and by the way, i will also replace all the fuel lines hoses, which seem to be as old as the car...

I'll likely start with replacing all the vacuum related parts for the brake booster. I reseated the elbow at the booster itself, rotated it a little, and the inconsistency went away

Continue to repair my 850. Today, I've tried to disconnect the fuel tank. The both hoses didn't want to come and they broke... I prefer not to speak about fuel hoses... Re: 1993 Volvo 850 air intake hose too tight.
You have to work to get it on. They are tight. Try a little silicon oil. If you can dump the hose end in warm water to soften it it might help.
