Re: What did you do to your Volvo today?
Finally let go of the S70 today. Traded it for another Subaru... that's the second one I've acquired in the past week  It went to a Volvo enthusiast who has an XC90 V8, and has had many other Volvos. I'm more than happy to see it go to a good home where it will live on as a daily driver, exactl...

Re: P80 headlights Possible to Remove Headlight Reflector, rechroming discussion 8628402 8628403
I just did the refurbishment some weeks ago (ok... a company did it for me). So I just had to remove the headlight and take out the reflectors. It was pretty straight forward. You just have to take out the headlight assemblies, and then taking out the reflectors. You just have to be careful not to b...

Re: 98 V70, Post PCV job, cranks but no start
And you need timing.
Check the metal plate the rotor mounts onto. It is possible to install it out of phase, then spark timing is completely off from compression cycles.
Easy-to-miss electrical connections include IAC and TPS.

Re: Head Light Bulb For 2005 XC90 On Amazon?
I recently needed to replace the daytime running lights on my 2007 XC90. The Amazon listing was not accurate for the compatibility i.e., "fits your vehicle". Also, the Volvo manual did not have a listing for the correct size either. Bought H11 and H7 based on online research. I finally rem...
