Re: RobertDIY manufacturing new parts
Seat skins and bases are currently available from Elwood Industries, and there have been UK suppliers for wings and bumpers 9Volvo Composites on Facebook) both have been available for years. Volvo Composites primarily do lips/splitters for the R bumpers, but I believe they're working on full bumpers...

Re: RobertDIY manufacturing new parts
Lseats sells skins at $299 for set. Reviews are mixed, I’m going to try them in Spring
Elwood run $450 per seat for two pieces and another $70 for the headrest if needed.
Ill definetly wait and see what the Spin-master can roll out of his magic.

1979 Volvo 244DL - Show Car
I love my Volvo & bought it in 1981. I am the second owner and have maintained it extremely well. My car works in many television shows and I'm very proud of my 1979 Volvo. I've always been a believer if something works well, keep it! Why feel the need to replace it. Nothing's made in life nowad...

Re: 1998 V70 GLT 19T Build
FINALLY got it running smoothly tonight! I had some issues with it running rough, and after Calvin (Sovvagn Motorwerks, the tuner) adjusted the cold start program, it eventually smoothed out. I spent over an hour on the phone with Calvin getting my laptop set up to actually flash the updated tune fi...

Re: 2001 S80 T6 Siren Module 9452709 Replacement/Repair - How To
I just got done with this repair by following this how-to on my 2004 XC90. I had the warning notification on the dash and an inoperable sunroof. I put a new battery in a siren out of a 2005 XC90 in the junkyard. Now there’s not a notification and the sunroof works! I used the battery from battery sp...
