Okay , I removed the plastic bushing that gave me enough slack to get belt on ,then weasled the cap back in to its place . I used the 1'' foam block trick as suggested , to be honest ,at first didn't think the material would hold ,but it did !Checked all marks, all looked good even after the 2 revol...
