I was able to buy the mount from Volvo of Dallas. They searched around and found one on someone's shelf. Sadly I don't think the next time will be as simple. I'll post up some dimensions when I get it in case someone wants to compare to other mounts.

I put kitty litter down and grind it into the cement by rotating my foot over it until it is turned to fine dust. Then I leave it for 2-4 weeks to soak up the oil. I've had pretty good success doing that to remove oil stains. Works best if the stain is fresh of course.

Very through and detailed write up. Some comments: On the NA version the fan, shroud, and relays can be left in place. Just bungee cord them to the engine to keep them out of the way.
