Here in the USA, I would measure and go to a well stocked hardware to look for a hole grommet or plug. They are a stock part in many sizes.

Re: 850 Front axle alignment issue
I don't understand it.I just had the redone twice. The report places the values in the good tolerances recommended by Volvo. Before that operation, i replaced : - The steering tie rods - The end tie rods - The complete shock absorbers except the springs The TRW wishbones are 2 years old and since t...

Re: 850 Front axle alignment issue
Look up torque steer. https://en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/Torque_steer Usually pulls to the right. The main cause is that the left front tire is closer to the drive point on the front axle (transmission differential), the drive shafts slightly twist on hard acceleration, and the left wheel being the sho...

Re: 850 code 424 tracs | leaking ABS pump
Do you need abs ecu or abs pump or both for '95 with auto transmission? I can check here with a guy who have parts for '91-'95 850s. I found this on google: https://shopcar.parts/en/autopart/10416/9140933-10020201944-abs-unit-%28abs-brake-pump%29 Is this it? According to part # you posted it is exac...

Re: 850 Front axle alignment issue

I don't know if XC90 have a camber adjustment....850,s,v,c,xc70 up to 2000 don't have that...just toe in and out....and the adjustment is done at outer tie rods adjustment bolt. Definitely don't have cambe...

Re: Blower Fan Trouble!
Sounds like a short tn the harness between the ECC and blower control module ( AKA blower fan resistors ). 12V shorting to one or more of the control lines. The 12V to the blower control module is hot at all times. The 12V to the ECC is switch with the key. To check for shorts in the wiring harness....

Re: Another mystery part. Help!
Just throw it out, seriously. Supposedly it's designed to prevent water from entering the air intake, but I haven't had mine on since 2008. 200,000+ miles and through thunderstorms, downpours, and snow, no issues at all. I know many others have just tossed it with no ill effects at all. If anything,...
