Any ideas are appreciated. I've been trying to remove the drivetrain. I separated the front from the haldex but the rear connection seems impossible to separate. Strike it gently with a brass drift several times at several locations in between the bolt holes. I’ll repeat, be gentle and persistent as. You don’t want to damage the CV joints inside. If you’ve soaked it with penetrating oil you just need to break the rust bond. The cv joint will probably come ap...

The flange has two threaded holes that you can use to push the CV joint out. Upon separation clean the mating surfaces good and coat with grease lightly to prevent this issue from happening again in the future.

On the rear CV I use an air hammer with a long pointy bit and use a socket head cap screw to drive it, have freed some pretty rusty ones that way. Be careful to not damage the Haldex parts while you are in there. Remove that DEM while you are messing around under there; be careful with the connector...
