Re: Best way to connect my iPhone to my HU-613?
I have used the GROM-BT3 unit for years, with the HU-613. It's great for playing podcasts. The mic audio doesn't seem to be great for phone calls, so I use iPhone ear buds for that, unless it's just a conference call where I don't need to say anything. I really wish the steering wheel buttons could ...

Re: Engine Sludge: Any Updated Fix?
What little sludge this does break up, will likely plug the oil pump pickup screen.
Pull the pan to clean properly.
when you see the amount of crud in the pan and how solid it is, you will understand.
R/R of the pan is not that bad, it is the remove of the crud that takes time.

Re: P2097 Woes... AGAIN.... V70 2.4T (P2)
I'll hazard a guess its the wrong hoses causing it to run lean, ECM compensates by running it rich. P2097 shows the rich condition at the O2 sensor. Engine is too rich to restart until it cools and resets at the ECM. Over the long term it might damage the cat by running rich. VIDA should show the pr...

Re: V70 2.4T (P2) ECM-262A (P2097) - upper O2 sensor?
Mornin’ Jon boy
5/16 is an almost perfect fit for 8mm, so if it’s tight enough to split I would go with 9 or 10mm. You could clamp 10mm with zip ties if it’s loose. The turbo valve vacuum lines see pressure so should be clamped.
Good night , jonboy

Re: P2097 Woes... AGAIN.... V70 2.4T (P2)
The turbo model pulls evap vacuum from two places, the intake manifold when at idle ( that’s the right hand* branch of the T connection in your photo) , and the snorkel when under boost ; that’s the rear* branch of the T heading down to the snorkel. The black and white valve is a check valve that st...

Re: S60 2.0T - stalling and LTFT majorly out
I can't tell you much about the Torque readouts, but here's a couple things from diagnosing my own stalling. If you think there's any merit to the throttle body nod, you likely don't need a new one. You can detach it from your manifold and clean it out with a wire brush/cloth and some TB/carb cleane...

Re: P2097...driving me bonkers... yes, AGAIN (P2 - 2002 V70 2.4T)
sounds like my 740 did, had a faulty MAF connector. but would drive for hours until i try a restart and it would go into limp home mode.

Re: Driver Information Module (Instrument Cluster) repair options?
..and the price has long since been forgotten.
Xmodex seems to really be the quality guys here for this stuff. Rereading the thread, I wasn’t aware they were ISO, and that does tell you the operation is serious
