deferred maintainance is all that is. If the belt is oiled it should be changed, any seal can be done at that time. Loosen the oil dipstick to relieve crankcase pressure for now. Sometimes the seal can be pushed back in place but the pcv has to be fixed as vacuum is what keeps the seals in place. I ...
