There are multiple part failures possible. Start troubleshooting. Check fuel pressure - it should be about 55 PSI. Check with a gauge at the end of the fuel rail. It's the switch for the brake vacuum pump part number 31400692 and yes it's in the correct location

Really check the antenna carefully on the inner side. I found cracks in one on a car I had. It was very small cracks and it was still working but I think I was on borrowed time.

I had the same problem. It was the antenna ring. I was able to get a used one on ebay for $30 to replace it with.
Part numbers 8621509 and 8673073 should both work. My car had the latter one and was replaced with the first one. They both seem to be identical.
