Best bet is change the thermostat first, burp the system and go from there.

I can't remember the details on the crossover flow connections and I think I discarded my old hoses when I changed the pump. Try to search this forum for more pump/hose details. If you are not replacing the tank cap over the pump, look closely for any cracks in the top of the cap. These cracks are ...
