Bom Dia, Pedro!
I think the diesel transmission gear ratios And final drive will be different from your car, I’m not sure if that will work

Re: Water in the intake manifold and intercooler V70 T5
If it sat for years condensation will build up anywhere air can access. Check the cylinder walls carefully for corrosion before you invest too much in the motor. Intercooler water is surely condensation. The intercooler temperature equilibrates fast, as it’s a heat exchanger.

Re: Water in the intake manifold and intercooler V70 T5
I will go with 95% that your head gasket blew with a coolant to cylinder blow.
Look how nice and clean #4 is scoured clean compared to the others, both the piston and the valve train above.
The other 5% is Ms Pac-Man in cylinder 3 ate everything in cylinder 4 and just moved on to cylinder 3....

Re: A bunch of questions about my new-to-me S70....
That wrinkle is a natural part of a Naug animal and the variations in shape reflect its individual character, not flaws.
Someone probably put a mismatched bulb I; one of the holders, which detects current differences, ergo the lamp.
You have to be a Californian to call that ding, “ rust”

Re: Water in the intake manifold and intercooler V70 T5
You give the manifold stud work to the machine shop. With the head off, that’s easy work for them
You never reuse cylinder head bolts or gaskets.

Re: 04 V70 Inconsistent Start Problem
P2s have a lot fewer fuel pump problems than earlier models. I’m a bit concerned you’re problem is upstream in pump control electronics. Did you get a confirmation that’s you have fueldelivery problems?

Small slice...June can lend you a Phillips screwdriver to punch a hole in that if you like
Stretch Naug over lumbar knob shaft
Outer collar
Thread on knob
Watch out for Carpenter bees.

Re: Fuel Pump Relay Location to the 2001 XC70
Hike over to Advance Auto, get a real fuel pressure gauge, and measure it at the rail. It needs to be up at 50 psi or else Baby won't run.
That will also send you down the right path of troubleshooting.
Your 2001 has a embedded fuel pump relay on the CEM, a PEM, and a modulated fuel pump
