In plain text as follows. Note this is for V70, and the VIN splits are different for S70.

Early 98 (flat flanges) is up to chassis no 482681

Chassis 482682 up to 630091 take the late 98 - 99 driveshaft

630092 and up take the 2000 driveshaft

Butchered the back thermostat T45 on Tosh , the 1998 s70 GLT. Sigh. Looks like PS and alternator have to come out to get that sucker off.maybe a fluted extractor will work. TY. I actually prefer the current trim to wood, wood looks good in estate wagons and fancier trims imho but sportier ones it looks a bit out of place to my eye Working AC required in MO! Think about putting a wood interior into that, rob. The charcoal leather really looks nice warmed up…even better ...
