as an update on this, I sent the OP a set of 4 gently used pads left over from my still ongoing rear brake rehab project

If it's a sealed jug, then 5+ years easy on the shelf. If it's in the sun, maybe a year tops because the bottle will degrade. Always shake your jugs to ensure a homogeneous mixture before filling.
