Re: S60 2.5T misfire
The gasket on the cap may be leaking (pretty common). May try a new cap (I got a similar gasket from a hardware store instead) https://www.fcpeuro.com/products/volvo- ... -8692888oe

The replacement tensioner does not move at all (INA brand). ...

Re: Should I replace PCV Box 2006 V70 NA
The question is, do you look at keeping the car for a few more years - especially since now it's lacking power and mpg. Engine power and gas mileage are one of those issues difficult to fix. I can be many things, no necessarily the PCV. You need to pull the spark plugs, see how worn are and also see...

Re: Radiator Mount questions.
These radiators have the habit to crack when the bumper hit a curb (such as in a market parking spot) I guess you'll need a new rad - easier is a used one from junkyard because the genuine ones are long lasting and solid. If memory helps, it has to come out from the bottom - so car high in the airs....

Re: Should I do the water pump while at it ?
Recommend the Contitech belt kit while there. Are you sure you 2006 is non turbo ? Remember the non turbo engine being discontinued around 2005 ?
