When the wheel attachment bolts are tight, there should be no movement of the brake disc with out the small alignment pin. If the disc is moving during braking, retorque the wheel bolts.

There is nothing complicated about a fuel pressure gauge. An air compressor tank gauge (0 to 100 psi) borrowed from an air tank will read what you need. I understand your frustration. When things go bad, it is sometimes hard to get everything corrected again. In the case of the hard plastic fuel lines, once they are kinked, it is hard to get them round again. Perhaps some mild heat can get the kink out of the tube. Maybe there is a replacement tube ...

Bare strut only available with spring cushion. Installation may need other parts that I do not have. Spring? Soft top cushion, boot, bearing plate, hardware needed?

You would need a good spring compressor. Not a cheap one - they are dangerous. Is the spring broken? It is hard to tell what else you need until it is removed. Do you have tools or someone to do this work?
