Just changed my tensioner today, and this combo worked great. I used a 1/2" to 3/4" socket adapter and a 19mm open end wrench. The drive part of the adapter is long enough to go into the tensioner and leave just enough space for the wrench. I tried using the adapter on a 1/2" ratchet...

Put the final touches on my timing belt job that included timing belt, serpentine belt, water pump, hydraulic tensioner, tensioner pulley and idler pulley. Maybe it's psychological but I swear she starts up easier and idles smoother now.

On my 1999 it’s a fine line between not hitting the hood line and hitting the side of the A pillar on wiping.

The Volvo parts lisle website is my favorite place to get and compare good part numbers for stuff

I made the switch to an S70 right-side arm to my drivers side 850. I'm happy with the complete wiping range and don't any longer notice that it hits the hood, a tiny bit. Not a big deal. Sure, it will wear the paint off at that point, but that should never cause a further problem because the occasio...
