There’s an improved one that doesn’t cough out the pin and ruin your engine. I’ll try to find the thread with all the part numbers to confirm.

Pull up your dipstick (1 cm?) to releave PCV pressure until you do the PCV job.

You are in France, what brand of TB tensioner do you use? I guess a bit of movement is "normal"... You may want to stop by a dealer mechanic and ask if a bit of movement is "normal". The question is: how many mm of movement is considered normal... The video below from a S60R seem...

What torque did you put on the tensioner ? It is 15lb*ft - 20Nm. It not a lot actually. Too much torque can distort the spring inside the tensioner My old original tensioner was shaking like in the video. I don't know if this is ok or not. The replacement tensioner does not move at all (INA brand). ...

Excessive rhythmic tensioner 'shake' could be indicative of engine imbalance...which could trace to anything from ignition/timing/detonation, weak cylinders (compression test), to a harmonic balancer or dual mass flywheel that needs replaced, bearings going out (engine internal or anything that the ...
