After adjusting his monocle, he'll tell you it's $395/hour. Plus tax, of course!

Re: 1999 2000 MY - The "Bastards" Draft Info Thread
I have done enough of the 99-00 alternators to consider them easier, not easy!! :D Pulled several from the junkyards but all have supposedly been bad. I am not convinced on this it is just most of the places that claim to test alternators find they don't have the correct wiring connector to test it...

Re: What did you do to your Volvo today?
The dashboard kickpanel of my 1998 Volvo V70 I has a broken tab where it should be held in place by a screw under the steering wheel. While the previous owner "fixed" that by screwing a drywall screw into the side of the kickpanel, I preferred a more lasting repair... PXL_20240325_2157221...

Re: 3D Printed Kickpanel Repair Patch
Thank you for sharing this! These small parts like this are so helpful for us P80 owners (and any older car owners, really). 3D printing is a wonderful thing!

Re: 3D Printed Kickpanel Repair Patch
This is awesome! Something to attach to the slot that's on the dash near the corner would be cool too. I just took my kick panel off to find that's broken as well. I was thinking of trying to use fiberglass or epoxy to repair it, I just haven't had time to really get under there and look. Yup, that...
