Re: 2004 V70 unsynchronized locks

GR = Gray .... GN= Green. :roll:

One of the yellows and the gray are the motor
It unlocks by pushing current one way.
It locks by pushing current the other way.

The pink is the rear anti-theft ground loop.
The other yellow is 6/37 Lock motor, fuel filler cover.

There are places out west where the speed limit is 80 - 85 but traffic flows 90 - 99.

Also the passengers chairs motor sounds seized or disconnected, has anyone disassembled the chair or tried to rewire it.
Which one?
1. You can hear/feel the motor trying but the seat does not move.
2. You can hear the motor running but the seat does not move.
3. Motor does nothing.

yanga001 wrote: 10 May 2019, 14:08 I hope its just a bad connection or something to that effect.

2005 XC90 T6 Executive Project Car.

Got bored. Bought another $500.00 Mechanics special to keep me busy. 2005 XC90 T6 Executive. Its a weirdo, should be a challenge to make it fly straight. Posting this journey here for anybody that wants to follow along. When I was checking it out, the PO had to jump start the car, battery flat dead....

Re: How to remove wood trim on centter console? (And tighten it up)

Ahem, there's no such thing as a 12v led... A 12v led is just an led that someone else already wired up... Splitting hairs I know. A true 12V LED has a chip resistor included in the same package as the LED. This is a true 12V green LED. It has the current limiting resistor built in. The chip resist...

Re: Engine does not start

2003 S60 5 cylinder.
Cylinder 1 Blue
Cylinder 2 Brown
Cylinder 3 Yellow
Cylinder 4 Pink
Cylinder 5 Violet

Wish Volvo would standardized this to the Electronic color code across all models.

Re: 2001 C70 swap to 2001 S40?

All the first generation x40s have four cylinders because they are too narrow for a five cylinder.

Look at the space between the front of the engine and the frame on the S40. Not enough room for another cylinder.

Re: [S60 2.0T 2006] Oil leak near turbo

Automotive Tracer Dye. Most part stores carry some. If you dope more then one fluid, use a different color for each fluid.
